i. Who

I'm Sascha — a systemic coach.

I help people find their way out of the fog: to understand what they truly want — and to walk the path there on their own terms.

What I bring: over seven years of professional experience in investment banking, in building a luxury automotive start-up and in wealth management — alongside my personal passion project: founding and leading an international arts and culture community spanning more than 30 nations. From organisational development to marketing, strategy and positioning, through to planning and running festivals, retreats and large-scale events — I've experienced what it means to truly empower people from the most diverse countries and backgrounds, to build something together, and to hold spaces in which real change can emerge.

From this dual experience — strategic and human — I help my clients find their own answer and translate it into steps that hold.

ii. What coaching with me means

Coaching isn't consulting. It's a form of accompaniment — one in which you remain the author of your own clarity.

Sometimes you need someone who asks the right questions. Who listens, opens up perspectives — without prescribing answers — and holds the space when it gets uncomfortable.

I work systemically: I don't see you in isolation, but within your relationships, roles and stories. That's exactly where change happens.

I don't work with diagnoses or scripts — and I don't know what's right for you. I help you find that out for yourself.

· Four reasons to work with me
  1. 01

    For pupils & students

Orientation before you have to decide

Where do I actually want to go — and whose expectations are doing the talking?

For the phase before the big decision — university, vocational training or a first job. No test that puts you in a box, no advice from on high: the right questions to help you find your strengths, your values and a concrete next step. A compact stock-taking over three sessions, online or in Berlin — for parents: confidential and without pressure.

    Career coaching

    Finding professional clarity

Where do you actually want to go — and what's holding you back?

For people caught on a professional question: a new role, the step into self-employment, the sense that the current position no longer fits. We look at what's really behind it — and translate it into the next coherent step.

  3. 03

    Values, purpose & authentic living

    Finding your own direction

When did you last do something that truly felt like you?

For people who sense they want to be more than their function. Systemic work on what carries you — and on what should shape your life from the inside out. What do you really want? Where should your path lead — and why?

    Accompanying life's turning points

What's calling — and what's holding you back?

The answer lies
within you.

Buried under everything you believe you have to be — roles, expectations, obligations. Systemic coaching clears away what stands in the way. And brings you back to yourself.

iii. Who I work with

With people who don't just want to manage change, but to truly understand it — wherever they are in life.

You've achieved everything and still feel empty. You know something has to change — but not yet how.
