i. Who I am

I've been on both sides of the table.

For over seven years I've come to know organisations from three perspectives: as an M&A adviser at GCA Altium in London, where I advised on acquisitions for tech and media companies; as CFO/COO building an international luxury brand, with full operational responsibility; and as a sparring partner for entrepreneurs at LIQID, where wealth, business and life plans were rarely separable.

Today I combine this operational depth with systemic coach training at the Coaching Akademie Berlin — and with the experience of building and leading an international arts and culture community spanning more than 30 nations: organisational development, marketing, strategy and positioning, the planning and running of festivals and retreats — and above all holding space and empowering people from the most diverse countries and backgrounds. From these three worlds comes a way of working that takes both seriously: the business logic and the people who carry it.

Depending on the topic, I combine coaching, classic consulting and organisational psychology: where it's about identity, leadership role and self-image, the self-reflective approach takes effect. Where strategy and structure are needed, operational models and management tools come into play. And if change in organisations is to become lasting, it takes an understanding of what carries things beneath the surface — the culture.
